Use this link to sign up for the first dose of the COVID 19 vaccine if you are 18+. Anyone not 18+ will automatically have their appointment canceled without explanation.

Allotment is based on state allocation and Doylestown gives whatever vaccine is available. If you take this appointment, you are confirming you will take whichever vaccine is given that day.
The required second dose will be 21 days apart. Please make sure you are available for the second dose if you choose this date. Your second dose appointment will be made during your first dose.
If you are receiving your first dose vaccine, there is no prescription required.
If you are receiving a booster, we will only be providing these for those with a compromised immune system. This requires a prescription from your physician. We will not allow you to get a third dose without a prescription. The prescription is to written for a COVID vaccine and the reason must be that patient's reason for a weakened immune system.
If there are no more appointments available, please use Bucks County as well as retail pharmacy chains which are also providing the vaccine. They do not require prescriptions for boosters at this time.
This appointment is confirmed by receiving an Eventbrite ticket via the email that you supply when registering. If you do not receive this ticket, you do not have a confirmed appointment.
