Pasta Class-Fresh Pappardelle and Spring Veggies
It's a spring time Pasta Class! We will be making home-made Pappardelle with Roasted Asparagus, Peas, Artichoke Hearts, Fresh Dill, Arugula and Basil Pesto. Finished off Crispy Pancetta and Toasted Pignoli nuts, lots of Pecorino Romano and fresh cracked black pepper.
Dessert will be a warm Apple, Blueberry and Raspberry Crumble with Fresh Vanilla Whipped Cream
So grab your favorite vino and some friends.
Join me for some fun, laughs and good food.
