How does it work?
With a Holistic approach to Health & Wellness we look at how all areas of your life are connected. We don't dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. We don't create a list of restrictions or good and bad foods. With that in mind, we carefully created and designed a highly-effective program (L.I.F.T.) that enable us to help you achieve long-lasting results in the shortest amount of time. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. You will learn everything about healthy eating, including amazing recipes.

Lifestyle.Integrated.Fitness.Training (L.I.F.T.) program includes Individual Holistic Nutrition sessions, Outdoor Group Fitness Training (Bootcamp) and Small group cooking classes. L.I.F.T consist of four stages: Assessments, Recommendations, Solution and Reassessment.

Where is the program Located?
Individual Holistic Nutrition sessions can be done over Video-Chat or In-Person (Downtown).
Bootcamp classes are held Monday-Friday at Pacific Beach (morning) and Mission Bay (evening).
Cooking classes are held in Downtown at a Private residence twice p/month.
