Steven Dorn and I, along with the help of Patrick Foley, will be hosting our FIFTH annual fundraiser this May. Once again, this event will be held to raise money for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. After the success of last year, we'll be heading back to Pier A Harbor House, 22 Battery Pl, New York, NY.
This year we're keeping it simple - we've set up an eventbrite site to buy the tickets directly. We're setting the cost at $80 this year - just a $5 bump to cover the eventbrite cost. After the cost to the bar, we will net out around $45 dollars per person donated to Sloan Kettering just like last year.
Also, if for any reason you can not attend and would still like to support us, we have set up the donation link once again. We beat $14,000 last year and we're hoping for 20k this year - let's get it done.

Last year I spoke briefly about the importance of appreciating the people around you and taking the time to realize what you have. Unfortunately, everyone knows what it feels like to lose someone they care about from cancer. Last year and from here on I will always feel that burden severely, but let's take this night to appreciate each other and what we have.
...and we can all use a drink (or 10)
