This event is OPEN TO ALL!

Bringing together the physical and the mental.

The first 15 minutes will review a little bit of theory to boost resilience: The process of learning any task or skill follows the same four stages. By exploring this model we can prepare ourselves to approach new learning and challenging situations with more resilience and greater self-acceptance. Finally, we will outline the physical benefits of juggling on the brain and body.

The remainder of the session will be spent learning how to complete a three-ball cascade (or tricks / four ball if you can already juggle three). This will act as a talking point for exploring personal responses to challenge as well as providing a great physical break from the workday.

You will do a surprising amount of bending down to pick up dropped balls so wear something comfy and expect to feel a bit stretched the next day.
