Description

What's up JavaScripters?

Summer has heated up and so have we! Two more talks that may continue the heat wave! This month we are heading to Edmunds for the first time this year! The first firestarter is Aaron Craig demonstrating the never controversial Why you should (almost) always use stateful components in React. Then we will have Paul Frazee maintaining the heat while sharing The Peer-to-Peer Web with us. As always we look forward to seeing everyone and learning about writing some javascript in our html or was it html in our javascript?

This month's js.la will be on Thursday, August 31st. This event is made possible with sponsorship from Headspace. The event will be in Santa Monica and hosted by Edmunds (map). Edmunds offices are on Colorado & Cloverfield. Edmunds is graciously providing parking validation in the Colorado Center. There is also plenty of street parking nearby (including everyones favorite place, the DMV) and the Bergamot metro station is less than a couple blocks away!

As always all the details are available on our website: js.la

Read on for more details and check out our previous talks on YouTube!
