Whether in sports or academics, you are using muscle and brain fuel, and it’s easy to putter out and scream, “I'm starving!” too soon! It’s time to learn how to make some simple and delicious snacks that you can prepare before your tank empties. Join Chef April Howell and our School of Cooking as we make delicious Protein Shakes, Running Chewies, Turkey and Cheese “Sushi” as well as an easy DIY Electrolyte Sports Drink.
