Hatha Yoga Class
Yoga brings lots of benefit to my life. Through practicing yoga, my lower back pain and shoulder pain is gone. I also sleeps better.
This yoga class is for beginners who have little knowledge of yoga but would like to improve his or her own strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
This class will focus on breathing techniques. Introducing some basic postures. In addition, how and where to keep your focus, and how to strengthen your muscle to improve your postures.
Attire: yoga clothes and yoga paints, secure hair, bare foot
Equipment: yoga mats.
Limit: 10 person per class
Teacher: Ms. Gloria has practice yoga more than fifteen years. She has a strong background in dancing. A master degree in choreography. Yoga help her maintain flexibility and strengthen her body.
