Event description

Industry Day for the EISOC competition will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center located at 300 E. Green St., Pasadena, CA 91101 and will be hosted in the Exhibit Hall & Ballroom on the Lower Level.

This will be on opportunity for you to meet me and my team, as well as other businesses interested in the EISOC procurement.

No more than three (3) representatives from each company may attend Industry Day and attendance will be limited to 200 people.

  • Exhibits/Booths
    • The purpose of the booths is to display your company’s capabilities to industry attendees, and to develop working relationships with other companies as part of the EISOC competition. There will be all sizes of businesses attending Industry Day. Please take advantage of this opportunity to network.
    • The first 16 companies to respond that they would like to have an exhibit booth will be given space in the exhibit hall for networking opportunities and to highlight their capabilities. You will have one (1) 6’ x 30” skirted table and two (2) chairs available to you. Due to the limited amount of space in the exhibit area, its recommended exhibitors bring tabletop displays. Pop-up banners are fine if they do not take up too much room behind the tabletop. Booth assignments will be available at registration.
    • Exhibitors may not ship exhibit materials to/from the Conference Center. Set up will be allowed on the day of the event starting at 07:30 a.m.
    • Respondents interested in having a booth for Industry Day must email by Friday, November 9, 2018 in addition to registering.
  • Huddle Room
    • We will be providing a separate room, with tables and chairs, for you to have conversations and to prepare additional questions throughout the day. The room will be open the entire day and you should feel free to utilize this space at any time.
    • Please submit any questions throughout the day to which will be monitored live throughout the day and maybe answered during the afternoon Q&A session.
  • Parking
    • Parking will be available at a rate of $12.00. The Convention Center’s subterranean parking structure is shared with the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel. There are two entrances: (a) Marengo Avenue and (b) Euclid Avenue, both between Green Street and Cordova Street. For directions to the Convention Center and parking structure, please visit
