Joyfully Queer: Rooted and Blooming

As winter fades and the world begins to thaw, we are also invited to awaken. Joyfully Queer: Rooted and Blooming is a guided workshop for queer folks who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, creativity, and joy after a season of stillness.

Together, we’ll explore how to stay grounded in who we are while allowing new growth to emerge. Through gentle reflection and creative expression, you’ll be supported in finding your rhythm of renewal — one that honors both your roots and your blossoming.

In this workshop, you’ll find:
- Gentle grounding practices to reconnect with your body and breath
- Reflection prompts and journaling to explore your personal season of growth
- A creative renewal exercise
- A supportive community of queer folks embracing emergence and self-discovery
- Guided affirmations and closing ritual to anchor your growth in queer joy

This is a space to root into love, stretch toward light, and remember that you are already growing in beautiful ways.

Hi, I’m Bethany Meier-Evans, your Interfaith Minister of Queer Joy & Creative Liberation. I’m the author of Joyfully Queer: A Mosaic of Self-Love, Community, and Resistance (coming April, 2026) and a Queer Joy Coach helping LGBTQ+ folks reclaim self-love, confidence, and authentic belonging.

I also lead the Joyfully Queer Collective, a supportive community on Facebook, TikTok, and Patreon where we explore what it means to live, love, and thrive as our full, radiant selves.

Through writing, teaching, and community care, my mission is to remind us all that queer joy is sacred, revolutionary, and deeply human — and that we deserve to experience it every day!
