Welcome to the Joyful Movement Support Group!
This is an 8-week support group beginning July 5th, 2025 and runs weekly with the exception of labour day weekend, until August 30th, 2025 from 10a.m. to 11:30a.m.
Come join us at Quiet Waters Counseling & Psychotherapy for a supportive and uplifting gathering focused on embracing joyful movement as a form of self-care and a tool to promote mental wellness. This in-person event is a safe space for individuals to connect, share experiences, learn the psychology of joyful movement, engage the practice of joyful movement, while supporting and inspiring each other to improve practices of joyful movement. Whether you have a routine already or just looking to start a routine for your wellness journey, this group is here to cheer you on and celebrate your progress.
