What happens after I reserve tickets?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email with your ticket confirmation. Please arrive with your entire party 30 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time. Check in at the "Will Call" desk. You will be assigned a Journey group number at that time. We cannot guarantee that you will depart on time.

Question 2

Who needs a ticket? Can I add friends/family to my reservation at the door?

Everyone needs a ticket except for infants under 1 year of age. Unfortunately NO additional people may be added to your reservation at the door. (They are welcome to pick up general admission tickets though!). Please do not reserve more tickets than you absolutely know you will use.

How do General Admission (non-reservation) tickets work?

For non-reservable tickets, you will check in upon arrival. Your party will be assigned a group number for your journey. This will include an estimated time of departure! Feel free to leave and return later if it is a long wait. You are not required to have your entire group present to check in.

Question 4

What should I bring? What should I leave at home?

Dress appropriately for the weather! This is an OUTDOOR walking experience. It may be warm, freezing, raining, snowing, muddy or windy. In Central Oregon, we never know. NO strollers are allowed on the Journey. There is stroller parking available in the lobby.

What is the parking situation?

We have limited free parking available onsite. Our friendly parking crew will direct you where to go. Please carpool as much as possible.

What about ADA access?

Our facility is ADA accessible. Please keep in mind that the Journey ground may be uneven and is mostly dirt/gravel. It is also dark outside. Wheelchairs can be accommodated but will be limited to one per group. We have crew members available to assist with pushing your wheelchair if needed.

Is the Journey scary?

Journey to Bethlehem is an immersive experience for your senses and imagination. The sights and loud sounds (especially the "Roman Guards" on horseback) can be a bit overwhelming. Guests with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and especially sensitive children should consider this information.

Are reservations required? When are they available?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are not required. About half of the tickets are reservable each night. Hundreds of additional tickets are only available at the door as "General Admission". Guests with reservations may experience shorter wait times. Reservations will open the morning of the event at 7:00AM.

Question 10

Who and what are not allowed?

Accepted Answer

Weapons, recreational drugs, alcohol, smoking and/or vaping are not allowed on the private property of the event. The security team may ask disruptive guests to leave.
