Are you ready to begin a journey to a permanent state of causeless happiness?

Now you are happy when something happens, when you get what you want, when you achieve something. But this happiness never lasts. You want something new; you fail at something; someone disagrees with you. You return to a state of suffering.

This one day course focuses on helping you create a happy life. It is broadcast live from India using teleconferencing technology. An Awakened monk, guided by the Great Compassionate Light, shares sacred ancient wisdom and powerful meditation processes to help you on your journey to a more peaceful, joyful life.

There is plenty of free parking at Studio D Yoga for those driving in for the day. If you wish to spend the night, hotel arrangements are on your own. There are many hotels in the Richmond area. Here are 4 hotels close to Studio D:

What can I bring into the event?

Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Dress in comfortable clothes, and in layers so you can adjust your clothing if the temperature of the room does not suit you.

Bring pen and paper for taking notes.

You may want to bring a blanket and pillow if you want to lie down.

Bring your own lunch and snacks. There will be a 90 minute lunch break (and 2 other short breaks) during the day. We will provide you with a list of nearby restaurants.
