Journaling for well-being


Journaling is a hugely popular pastime, but getting the best from a journal to support your mental health in many different ways is not always clear. There is a myriad of different techniques to journaling from simple diary entry to full-on bullet journals, however, in this engaging workshop, Jeni introduces various ways to use your journal to help support your well-being using the magic of positive psychology. Expect expressive writing, simple daily positive interventions to follow, creative journaling and lots of fun in this action-packed and insightful workshop.

Jeni is a Positive Change Consultant, using Positive Psychology to help people maintain mental energy and improve well-being. Her techniques are founded in science and practised in life to support people in their endeavour to flourish in life.

The workshop runs from 6.30pm until 8.30pm and includes a practice notebook journal and light refreshments. You’ll also have the opportunity to buy supplies to start your journaling journey.

Absolutely no experience or knowledge is necessary for you to join this workshop, just an interest in developing a new tool to support your mental health and develop positive habits - alongside introducing you to a new hobby.
