JOURNAL WRITING WORKSHOP
People world-over have been journal-writing for hundreds of years and experiencing the incredible emotional, spiritual, physical and mental benefits associated with journaling; it is an important tool to complement all of the healing work you are doing. In this 6 week workshop, you will learn the basics of journaling, read excerpts of published journals, use many different journaling techniques to heal your situations and emotions, and leave each workshop feeling lighter and reinvigorated.
You can journal on your laptop, paper or a journal and a workbook is provided for each participant.

About the Facilitator:
McGill Alumni Manon Wascher is a college professor, certified life coach, workshop leader, published writer and poet. Through her company LifeCoached, Manon offers private, group and online workshops and coaches clients to reach goals, overcome hurdles and enjoy life. Manon’s recent journal-writing workshops have been held at McGill University, the BACA eating disorder clinic, Hope and Cope cancer centre and online. Manon teaches at Lasalle College Montreal. She also leads personal development seminars at Concordia University. Her articles and columns have appeared in The Daily Observer and Sun Peak Independent News, her poems have appeared in Waking Dawn and The Warbler’s Song, both anthologies of Canadian poetry.
