Event Details

Jonathan Foster is responsible for creating the voice of Cortana, Microsoft’s Siri competitor in the artificial intelligence virtual assistant space. He’ll discuss the importance of character and personality in bots and artificial intelligence, and how his team uses dialogue and storytelling techniques to engage the audiences who use them. With an MFA from USC, he’ll bring a unique perspective on how screenwriting skills apply to jobs in tech.

  • Free for NWSG members and Seattle University students, and other current students that bring a valid school I.D. card.

  • Additional seats are available for the general public, at $20 per person. These tickets are not available in advance, please pay at the door.
