"Remember When…"
An Artistic Tale on the Wandering Sephardi
Temple Moses, in partnership with Immersive Art Miami, is proud to present “Remember When…”, An Artistic Tale on the Wandering Sephardi. This art show and fundraiser highlights the Sephardic journey through time and space.
“Remember When…” will feature the latest art collections of Master Artist and published author Jônatas Chimen. The exhibit will be composed of his latest multi-sensory installation titled In Thy Tent I Dwell, recently featured at the Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum in Miami, along with The Diaspora Creature, a painting collection showcased at Miami Art Week 2015, The Journey Series, a painting collection which awarded Jônatas Chimen the 2015 Artist of the Year Award by the Anti-Defamation League, and the unveiling of his never-before-seen collection The Crushed Charcoal.
The evening includes original and limited edition artwork, an insightful artist talk, and a cocktail reception. Art will be available for purchase, and a large part of the proceeds will benefit Temple Moses (all purchases are tax-deductible).
