ABOUT YOUR PRODUCERS AND COMICS

NICOLE CALASICH is a Bolivian-American comedian, producer, and generally a winner. Based in San Francisco, she performs regularly at major clubs and intimate rooms including the SF Punchline, Cobb’s, and Doc’s Lab. Her humor is big words smartcool and her penchant for incisive audience rapport is the dumbest. She performs all over the country and has opened for Dan Cummins, Ali Wong, Adam Newman, and features for Iliza Shlesinger. When her Twitter account is not being featured on Comedy Central, she produces four monthly shows in the Bay Area: Attractive Camp, Brave New Jokes, Jokelandish and Resistance is Futile. These are top-drawer comedy events, sure, but are also humble offerings to the great and powerful Xenu. Nicole is available for bookings until Tom Cruise says otherwise.

EMILY EPSTEIN WHITE: Comedian, storyteller, and writer Emily Epstein White has been trapped in a self-cleaning toilet, has stitches from a treadmill accident, and once hung off the front of a truck like a hood ornament for half an avenue to avoid being run over. She performs all around New York City, the Northeast, San Francisco and the Bay area, and the West Coast, (not to mention a boat in the middle of the Yangtze River in China). She has been featured in many festivals and publications such as the New York Underground Comedy Festival, the 360 Comedy Festival, LAFF in Austin, TX, the She-Devil Comedy Festival, the Boston Globe, gawker.com, and has won and hosted the San Francisco MothSlam.

ALEJANDRO OCHOA, formerly known as Dro Knows, is a San Francisco based stand up comic born on the mean streets of LA. The bleary eyed Ochoa appears as a charming goofball with a hyper excitable stage presence. His lighthearted nature has won over crowds across California, appearing recently at the Savage Henry Festival, Sonoma Comedy Fest and the Santa Cruz Comedy festival. He is a member of the popular SF Sketch group The Worst and he is pleased to announce that he has recently begun paying for the bus.

SAM DISALVO is a San Francisco-based comedian whose style has been described as “brave” and “maybe too honest” by her mother. Aside from performing all over the Bay Area, she's been featured in SF Sketchfest and produces three local shows.

ALFONSO PORTELA is a stand-up comedian from Sacramento, CA. He’s been described as a “total babe who should have more confidence” by his sister who has been described as “making me uncomfortable, but thanks for the compliment I guess” by Alfonso. Much like his many tastes in shaving creams, his comedy encompasses a variety of styles from short, clever jokes to elaborate and animated vignettes. He’s performed at the Savage Henry Comedy Festival, the Sacramento Comedy Festival (where he won the title of Best New Comedian), the San Francisco Punch Line (where no such title exists) and other buildings.

JOEY AVERY: After starting his career in Cape Town, South Africa, Joey Avery received the Jimmy Gunn award for Best Newcomer to the Bay Area comedy scene in 2014, and top 10 video status on Reddit. He has been recognized with top 3 finishes in the Walk the Plank Comedy Competition, the Make Me Laugh San Francisco Competition, and the Rooster T Feathers Comedy Competition. Joey has appeared on Fox and NBC as well as in the San Francisco Sketchfest Comedy Festival.
