Description

The Joint Spouses' Conference provides a forum for spouses of active duty, reserve, and retired military members of all services and ranks to learn, network, and help each other in our challenging roles as spouses, parents, professionals, and community leaders through workshops and special guest speakers.

How do I register?
Registration opens Monday, August 26 @ 9 AM. Please visit our website www.jschawaii.com to register.

What is the cost?
The registration fee is $55.

What is included in the registration fee?
Registration includes up to (4) one-hour workshops of your choosing, continental breakfast, lunch, keynote presentation, sip n’ shop vendor reception and 5 opportunity tickets.

Who can attend?
This event is open to spouses of active duty, reserve, National Guard and retired military members of all the armed services and spouses of international military officers assigned to a United States military unit, as well as Gold Star spouses.

**DOD IDs will be required to check-in.**

If you plan on attending any workshops where alcohol will be present, you must be 21 years old or older.

What are my transportation/parking options?
There is plenty of FREE on-site parking at the Historic Hickam O’Club, but we encourage you to carpool.

What should I wear?
The uniform of the day is comfortable and casual. Many of the workshops are hands-on and active, so please wear/bring appropriate attire for the workshops in which you register. It is highly encouraged that you bring a water bottle and sunscreen. Some of our workshops will be held outdoors.

What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds. All ticket purchases and workshop selections are final.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Since JSC cannot issue any refunds, your ticket is transferrable until September 16, 2019. You are responsible for finding an eligible spouse to take your spot and must make arrangements with that person for any reimbursement. You may not sell your ticket for any more than the original ticket price, and your workshop selections will stay with that ticket. After September 16th, no changes to the ticket can be made.

Can I bring my child or will there be childcare available?
Unfortunately, we will not be offering childcare for this event. Children are not allowed to attend due to liability and safety concerns. For nursing infants under 6 months of age, please email JSC at JSCinfohawaii@gmail.com.
