  • Q: What time do I arrive? A: Please arrive promptly at the time listed on the shift you registered for. You can ignore the "Event Time" as it's not reflective of the time you should arrive.
  • Q: Sooooo, what if I can't make it? A: That's really a bummer. The tour really really really needs your help to be successful so we ask that you not cancel your registration. If you absolutely have no choice, please email heythere@faithevents.com immediately. Please do not wait until the last minute to let us know and PLEASE do not just "no show" on the day of the event.
  • Q: Do I get to see the show? A: We work hard to make sure volunteers have a chance to see the show. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a seat for volunteers and you may not take seats without our staff approval. Remember, by signing up to help, you're agreeing to fulfill a job assigment so make sure you get approval from our volunteer manager before leaving your station.
  • Q: How old do I have to be? A: All volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Certain jobs (Runners and Stage Hands) must be at least 18 years old.
  • Q: I really want to work _________ job! A: We will do whatever we can do put you in the job of your choice. However, please have an open mind and be willing to serve no matter what your location.
  • Q: YES! I'm totally going to register so I can save seats for my family and friends before doors open! A: NOPE :). Sorry, seating is reserved for those who have paid for tickets. If you want those great seats we suggest you purchase tickets instead of registering to volunteer.
  • Q: How do I know what I'm supposed to do? A: This year we have added a person to our staff who will be responsible for training and assigning all volunteers. They will make sure you know all the ins and outs. Remember, we do have rules and policies in place so make sure to follow them. While we appreciate your help, we have to make sure that everyone plays by the rules.
  • Q: Backstage? Artists? Food? Oh my!! A: Simmer down there :). We would love to host everyone backstage but unfortunately we can only allow a small number of volunteers in the backstage area. If your staff pass does not permit backstage access, we cannot allow you backstage. And sorry - never, under any circumstances should team members be in the catering area. Living on the road is really hard for artists and crew and they get very little privacy so we want to make sure to provide space for everyone to relax so they are able to minister as God called them!
  • Q: So food, drink, snacks? What do I do? A: We would love to feed everyone but we can only travel with enough food, snacks, water, etc for our crew of 60 people. Please plan ahead and bring snacks and food with you so you can stay hydrated and full :)
  • Q: What's next after I register? A: You will receive an email shortly with your confirmation ticket. Bring this with you when you arrive at the event and check in at the Team Member Station in the lobby at the venue. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. Our team will sometimes send out additional communication closer to the event so be sure to check your emails.
  • Q: So what's this about a free ticket? For those who work the morning/afternoon and post-show positions, we will provide you with a ticket to the show. The Team Member Manager on site will be your contact for those tickets. One per person - no exceptions. When you arrive for the show, you will need to wait in the lines with everyone else - sorry, no early entries.
