Description

We are looking for both FOH and BOH staff to join our opening team at our new location, Momofuku North Spring! We are looking candidates that are excited about assisting with an opening and shaping what Momofuku means in Los Angeles.

North Spring will be located at 1725 Naud Street and will be a new concept from Momofuku. The menu is currently in development, but will draw inspiration from LA's diverse culinary landscape and California’s bounty. To receive updates on this project, please sign up for our newsletter here.

Momofuku Front of House Managers (Floor Managers) execute the service vision of Momofuku, the Executive Chef and/or Chef de Cuisine, and the General Manager. The FOH Manager will be both responsible for both AM and PM floor management shift, as well as a portion of FOH administrative tasks. Apply Here

The Sous Chef will assist in managing the kitchen and ensuring the flow of service is efficient and smooth. The Sous Chef will have the opportunity to create and have input on new menu creations. A key responsibility will be mentoring, training and disciplining staff (line cooks, prep cooks, etc.) Apply Here

The Sommelier’s daily responsibilities include but aren’t limited to the selling of wine on the restaurant floor, maintaining the standards of the restaurant, assisting the other FOH positions when necessary, and working with the Beverage Manager to maintain a top-notch beverage program in conjunction with the Momofuku brand. As a Line Cook you will be at the front lines, carrying out new developing recipes and menu items as set by the Chefs as they continually evolve our new restaurant. You will work to ensure that each dish is prepared correctly to the specifications of the chef and the company to uphold the Momofuku standards. Line cooks will assume different responsibilities based on their assigned stations, while working with the Back of House team to execute with correct timing, temperature and presentation. Apply Here

The Prep Cook will work alongside our BOH opening team in preparing new developing menu items, maintaining a safe and clean food environment and will take on other culinary tasks as delegated. Our ideal prep cook is focused, driven, detail oriented and comfortable working in a kitchen environment. Apply Here

Our Dishwashers will be the backbone of our opening BOH team and will work to help the execution a smooth service with thorough and efficient dish, equipment, and restaurant upkeep. The Server will provide above and beyond service to guests, while upholding company standards and values in a busy, fast paced environment. Servers are responsible for serving guests in an attentive and efficient manner, while providing menu insight and recommendations when needed. Apply Here

Momofuku Runners assist in providing guests with the Momofuku experience. Momofuku runners are expected to give service that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful while upholding company standards and values in a busy, fast paced environment. Apply Here
