  2. The Saturday in-person service will be recorded and broadcast on Sunday morning at 10 am.
  3. Our Saturday in-person worship service is for members, non-members and their immediate families living in their households.
  4. Childcare, youth and children's services will not be offered. However, your children may attend service with you and will need to be included in your registration. Your children must be seated with you at all times.
  5. Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation for you and the members of your household that you registered. Bring the confirmation with you (print or mobile) to gain entry into the church.
  6. Your temperature will be checked once you enter the building.
  7. To ensure proper social distancing according to CDC guidelines, seats will not be reserved. An usher will guide you and your household members to your seats. Household members are allowed to sit together. We strongly suggest that household members arrive together in order to be seated together in the sanctuary. If you and your household members arrive separately, you will be seated separately.

  10. We will not take communion during service, but communion cups will be available to pick up on your way out.
  11. You may continue to pay your tithe and offering at www.OCBFChurch.org/Give, via mail or place your offering in one of the designated offering boxes in the Worship Center foyer.
  12. After the service, we request that all social interaction be moved outside the Worship Center to maintain social distancing. It is harder to spread the COVID-19 virus outdoors with proper social distancing.
  13. Please stay at home if you feel sick on the day of the worship service. Please review the OCBF COVID-19 Protocol prior to coming to our worship service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO ATTEND?

Yes. For your safety and health, we must follow CDC guidelines for social distancing and limit the number of members who can attend.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL SATURDAY IN-PERSON WORSHIP SERVICES?

Yes. You are welcome to choose which Saturday(s) you wish to attend (one or multiple services).

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT CHURCH FOR THE IN-PERSON WORSHIP SERVICE?

Check-in begins at 2:30 pm, and the doors to the sanctuary close promptly at 3:50 pm for the recording. If you are running late, please choose another Saturday service to attend. Due to the check-in process and temperature checks, we will need more time to ensure timely and proper seating.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IF MY SPOUSE REGISTERS?

During the registration process, you or your spouse can register members living in your household who wish to attend. You will need to include each person’s first and last name in your household who will attend the in-person worship.

IS THERE RESERVED SEATING OR CAN I CHOOSE WHERE I WANT TO SIT ONCE I ARRIVE?

No. To ensure proper social distancing, seats will not be reserved. An usher will guide you and your household members to your seats. Household members are allowed to sit together. We strongly suggest that household members arrive together in order to be seated together in the sanctuary. If you and your household members arrive separately, you will be seated separately.

WILL THERE BE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATING?

Yes. An usher will guide you to the appropriate place in the sanctuary.

WILL THERE BE SEPARATE PROGRAMMING FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH?

No. Childcare, youth and children’s programs will not be offered during Saturday services. However, your children may attend service with you and will need to be included in your registration. If you don’t think your children can maintain social distancing inside the sanctuary, we suggest that you view the Sunday morning broadcast at home.

Our Saturday in-person worship service is for members, non-members and their immediate families living in their households.

HOW WILL PARKING BE HANDLED OR CAN I PARK ANYWHERE?

Parking lot attendants will guide you to designated parking lots. CDC guidelines require that we limit the number of people entering the building at each entrance. Where you are instructed to park will determine the building entrance you use.

WILL HANDICAPPED PARKING BE AVAILABLE?

Yes. Please follow the instructions of the parking lot attendants.

AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK?

Yes. Face masks and social distancing give you the best possible chance of not contracting the COVID-19 virus. A face mask must be worn at all times, even if you have taken the COVID-19 vaccine. Face shields are not allowed unless accompanied by a mask.
