Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

Joe Jack Talcum is the guitarist, co-vocalist and founder of The Dead Milkmen. Residing in Philadelphia he has performed with a number of punk and indie rock groups, including The Low Budgets and has consistently recorded solo material since the early 1980's.

F. Woods is a founding member of Philadelphia surf-punk trio Farquar Muckenfuss and has played extensively with Mercury Radio Theater. He fuses folklore and surf-punk as a bed for his old-timey, end-timey tales. His classical technique makes his reverb- strewn guitar sound like it came from another world. Channeling the oddity of his characters while hurling his entire body into his performance is a spectacle not to be missed.

Eugene Mirman is a comedian, actor and hero who lives in Massachusetts. He voices “Gene” on Fox’s animated series Bob’s Burgers. His latest comedy special is available on Netflix. He is a frequent co-host of Neil deGrasse Tyson’s science show Star Talk.

Luke Vose is a Singer/Songwriter, visual artist and writer from Cape Cod, MA. He records and tours both as a solo artist, with indie dance-rock band Crooked Coast and as one half of DJ duo G&L XPRS. His "Listening Local" music column can be found at capenews.net
