Ever wanted to learn Capoeira but it was too intimidating? Ever tried learning Capoeira but felt like you just couldn't get it? Here's your chance!!!

JingaFit™ is an integrative new form of body weight exercise by deaal4rreal" href="#85765028"> program involving no equipment, providing a FULL body workout. Originally inspired by Capoeira, it combines aspects of dance, martial arts, yoga, Pilates, tumbling and breakdance where you will explore "conversational" movements of self-expression. Along with these movement arts, the concepts of core training, cardio training, resistance training, flexibility training, neuromuscular reactive training, stability training are incorporated into each workout, facilitating conditioning in all 3 planes of movement for all 3 phases of motion. For all ages and levels of fitness, you’ll experience elements of joyful play, destructive attacks and elusive self-defense.
