Help yourself with stress, anxiety, and improve your sleep with the gentle art of Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help.

About this Event

Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help is an energetic therapy using light touch on the body through clothing to calm and balance yourself both physically and emotionally.

For two hours, Jennifer Bradley, Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and Self-Help instructor, will guide you through simple Self-Help basics that you can do at home or anytime to assist with overwhelming emotions, stress, anxiety, and sleep issues.

There will be discussion, but the primary goal of the class is for you to experience Jin Shin Jyutsu for yourself. You will leave with materials to help you continue practicing at home.

Jennifer Bradley has been studying, practicing and teaching Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help since 2008. For 9-1/2 years she created and coordinated the Jin Shin Jyutsu program at UK HealthCare Integrative Medicine & Health. Jennifer brings her years of experience to each and every class she teaches.

Most of the class will be spent in recline. Pads will be provided. You will be responsible to bring a blanket to place under you, and pillow or bolsters for your comfort. If you are unable to lie on the floor, chairs will be provided.
