Event description
Ever wanted to learn Hebrew? Join us for Level Aleph Ulpan this fall!

About this Event

Ulpan is a Hebrew word meaning "studio", "teaching", or "instruction". In Israel, Ulpan serves as an Intensive Hebrew Language Program for new immigrants.

In 1949, The Jewish Agency (Jewish London's partner Agency in Israel) created this essential resource for olim which and has served as the model for all immigrant Hebrew-language courses for those making Aliyah.

In London, Ulpan is a great way to learn Hebrew from a native Hebrew speaker and educator two evenings a week for four weeks! Beginning on October 28th, join Jewish London Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 7:30 pm for beginners Modern Hebrew. Taught by Neta Kadar, participants in level Aleph will learn the basics of Modern Hebrew and will leave the course ready for level Bet which will be offered in early 2020.

The cost of the program is $100 for all eight sessions.
