About the Workshop:

This two-hour workshop includes crafting your own custom piece of jewelry and enjoying a conversation about stress management led by Licensed Master Social Worker and the President and Founder of A Sisters Legacy, Karen Carrillo.

For $20 you will create a one of a kind piece of jewelry to take home, and one that will be given to A Sister's Legacy to help support their mission of creating stability through innovative therapeutic interventions, case management, and community resource connection.

About the Facilitator:

Karen Carrillo is a Licensed Master Social Worker and the President and Founder of A Sisters Legacy, a nonprofit that provides free and low cost therapy. Her aim is to Make Accessible Care in honor of her sister, Marissa Ann Carrillo. Karen believes that it is time to change the narrative around mental health, social work, therapy, and the human experience. Her years of invaluable experience working with those across the life spectrum from birth to death allow her to connect with listeners of all ages and various backgrounds.
