Located just a short walk from Rockridge BART and easily accessible by car, Rikyu is one of the best Japanese restaurants in the Bay Area. Chef Tatsuya Koyake worked at the famous Kirala before opening his own place in Oakland's upscale Rockridge neighborhood. Koyake-san is creating a special "omakase" meal just for us.
