Jeremy Hunter revisits St. John's as a photojournalist to explore with us cultures and traditions around the world.

About this Event

"Tribes / Rough Guides"

Jeremy Hunter

Mr. Hunter began his career in advertising as a television creative. Over the past thirty years he has divided his time between television and photojournalism.

Throughout his career in television and the media, he has taken a special interest in documenting the world's festivals, rituals, ceremonies and celebrations.

Mr. Hunter will guide us through a photographic exploration of the DNA, beliefs, and faiths of many of the world’s cultures and communities providing an insight into the need to respect the differences in these cultures.

Supported by Hunter’s imagery and videos, ‘Tribes’ provides a snapshot of these experiences.

We look forward to the stimulating conversations around the presentation afterward during the reception. This year Waterstones book shop will be a partner in these events to allow you to purchase books by the authors that will be visiting us.
