Jeff Horste is a comedian, actor, and writer best known for his Comedy Central performances on "Kevin Hart Presents: Hart Of The City" and "Kevin Hart Presents: The Next Level". The latter being his first half hour comedy special. Jeff was raised just outside of Detroit and is residing in Los Angeles California.
