The Venue

The David Intercontinental hotel is perfectly located by the beach of central Tel Aviv. Tel Aviv is one of the most vibrant cities in the world. Titled the ‘Mediterranean Capital of Cool’ by the New York Times, this is a 24 hour city with a unique pulse, combining sandy Mediterranean beaches with a world-class nightlife, a buzzing cultural scene, incredible food, UNESCO recognized architecture and an international outlook.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Hotel parking will be free for conference attendees at the venue hotel - based on availability. There is paid parking just around the Hotel. If you prefer coming by bus, the venue is located near the Carmelit station which includes a lot of bus lines from all around the city.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, it is totally fine to purchase a ticket for a friend or just give it away if you find out at the last moment that you can't come to a conference. Special tickets (from raffles and promotions) are not transferrable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Upon ordering a ticket you will receive an email with a QR-code. We can scan this code from your smartphone. Anyway, you could print the ticket with the same QR-code if you prefer paper.

What is the refund policy?

If the event is postponed or canceled due to COVID-19 - a full refund will be issued on demand.

Up to 30 days prior to the event – 100% Refund

30-14 days prior to the event – 50% Refund

No refund will be offered later than that.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

You can change the name on the ticket after the order, so in case you transfer your ticket to a friend, it is better to change the name for the order, to avoid unnecessary delays at check-in.
