Description
Jersey City, like many urban areas in the United States, is expected to experience an enormous increase in population for decades to come. As more residents and businesses begin to call cities home, the consumption of resources creates a new, over-whelming stream of waste, which will impose an ever-increasing burden on the environment and an enormous waste removal fiscal challenge for urban areas as well. It’s an unsustainable scenario and Zero Waste is the solution.
