Thank you for your interest in participating in JBF Sherman/Denison as a vendor!

JBF is a HUGE children's and maternity consignment event! Vendor spaces give you the opportunity to market your business to Texoma families! We offer three participation levels to fit any budget:

Vendor Pack: Your business provides 500 coupons/cards to be distributed to the first 500 customers at our sale. Items for bags must be received by July 15th or they cannot be included in the bags. Items can be mailed or dropped off in Sherman.

Vendor Booth: You may display/present your business at a booth (approx. 10’ X 10’) during the sale. You provide your own table and chairs. We do not require you to be present the entire time we are open, but your contact with shoppers will be greatly enhanced if you are present. You provide your own table and chairs. We print ‘Vendor Dance Cards’ requiring shoppers to visit you for a ‘stamp’ (we provide stamps for you). The Shoppers then drop the cards into a jar for a ‘Vendor Prize Basket’ drawing. If you would like to donate an item to the drawing, please give it to Mindy upon your arrival. The donated item can be any dollar amount you choose.

Vendor spots are reserved on a first paid basis. We place the vendor booths as near our checkout line as possible so that the shoppers have lots of time to spend at your booth. The lines can get quite long, especially on Thursday evening.

Sale Schedule:

Friday, August 3rd:
9a-8p Open to the Public

Saturday, August 4th:
8:30a - Consignor and JBF BFF Half Price Presale
9a-3p Open to the Public. Half-Price Price Sale (Items without a star).

Your payment constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions with Just Between Friends of Sherman/Denison. After you purchase your spot, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite.

Terms and Conditions:

  • ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Vendor Booth participants need to provide their own table, chairs, any equipment, extension cords, table cloths or display items necessary for the duration of the sale. If you need an electrical outlet, please let us know so we can make arrangements to place you near one.
  • We cannot reserve locations for your booth. These will be pre-assigned on a first come (paid), first reserved basis.
  • If you would like to shop early, you may shop during the Prime Time Shopping event on Thursday at 5:00 pm without paying the admission fee.
  • You are responsible for your own food, drinks, etc.
  • You are solely responsible for the manning and operation of your booth.
  • We do not require you to be present the entire time we are open, but your contact with shoppers will be greatly enhanced if you are present.

  • Only one booth per business is allowed (i.e. Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, etc), but reps from the same company are welcome to share their table. We do allow similar businesses (i.e. multiple crafting, make-up, food, etc).
  • JBF is not responsible for shoppers stopping at or passing by your table.
  • All items you wish to purchase at the sale must be purchased prior to returning to your Vendor Table. Please use the hold area if you plan to continue shopping. Only sold items, with a receipt, can be kept at your Vendor Table. No consigned items may be left at the vendor table overnight.
  • Items may not be kept at your table or hold area and then held to purchase during the half price times.
  • You understand and agree that Sherman/Denison Just Between Friends (JBF) is not responsible for fire, loss, theft, or damage to your persona, business, or display items. You agree to hold harmless JBF, its owners, participants, volunteeers, and sponsoring organizations from any personal injury resulting from participation in the JBF consignment sale from whatever cause either seen or unseen. You agree that JBF, its owners, participants, volunteers, and sponsoring organiations are not respnsible for your success or sales at the JBF Sales Event. You are solely reponsible for setting up and breaking down your booth and agree to all terms and conditions.
  • You understand your salesmanship after the sale is a representation of your relationship with Just Between Friends and agree to be conservative in your use of customer information obtained during the event. You agree to make no more than three unanswered direct/personal solicitiation attempts on leads obtained at the event. You understand that you are free to add leads to you general email or mail listing and agree to remove them immediately upon their request.
