Thank you for your interest in participating as a Vendor or Sponsor in the Just Between Friends Sales Event. Vendor booths give you the opportunity to put your service or product in front of our specific target group of parents, families and expectant mothers. The Vendor booth fee reserves you one of our limited number of exhibitor tables, you can choose between a daily fee or purchase a spot for the whole time of the sale. All table spaces will be placed at the event allowing direct access to shoppers. We wish you great success and look forward to working with you. Sponsor

  • Mentioned as a sponsor of JBF St. Charles County Sales Event during all email newsletters (Over 5,000 contacts) with web logos and direct links to your website.
  • Company logo, description and direct link on our Sponsors page of website.
  • Company logo on our Facebook and 3 shout-outs during the sale month. (We currently have 6500+ fans)
  • One Vendor Booth during the event. (includes table and chair)
  • Provide YOUR promotional materials to 500+ shoppers in the form of a gift (shopping bag, kid’s t-shirt, etc). You can choose the quantity to provide, minimum 500 maximum 3,000
  • Banner Advertisement during the sales event (one banner permitted, we will assist with prime placement)
  • 4 Early Entry Pre-sale Passes for company employees or customer giveaways.
  • Two $25 gift certificates or items of value donated by the sponsor to be used as a giveaway during the event.

Vendor Booth

Choose between a $300 fee for the full sale or $125 daily fee.

  • Booth space at event (If a table and chair are needed there is a onetime $40 fee)
  • Company shout-out including company logo on Just Between Friends St. Charles County Facebook page during the sales event
  • Vendor to provide two $10 gift certificates or items of value to be used as a give-away during the event.
  • JBF to provide Vendor with two Early Bird Presale Passes for personal use or as giveaways.

Vendor/Sponsor Rights & Responsibilities:

Before the Event

  • Free admission passes for the first public day are available to you! Vendor will post invitation to JBF St. Charles County sale on their social media accounts. JBF will provide joint Vendor/JBF post for Free Admission pass.
  • Vendor has the right to and is encouraged to conduct a drawing giveaway for the shoppers who visit the vendor table during the sales event to build a list of new contacts for vendor. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide giveaway entry forms or coupons and provide any “winners” with their prizes.
  • Insurance: JBFSTCC does not provide insurance for sponsor or vendor participants.
  • If Vendor requires electricity, JBFSTCC must be notified at least one week before event begins. $50 additional charge for electricity. Vendor must provide adequate extension cords.

During the Event

  • Vendor will provide any equipment, table cloths or display items necessary for their table for the duration of the event. While JBF works hard to attract parents, grandparents and caregivers of children to the JBF sale, it is the vendor’s responsibility to create an inviting and professional display that will attract shoppers to vendor’s space.
  • All JBF items you wish to purchase at the sale MUST be purchased prior to returning to your table. Please take all items purchased at the sale out to your vehicle, so that there is no question about whether or not your items have been paid for. There is absolutely no holding items at your booth.
  • Vendor has the right to sell any merchandise associated with his/her company. The vendor is responsible for all taxes that may be applicable.
  • Two representatives from each company are allowed to shop the pre-sale with our 8-hour volunteers, unless you volunteer or barter and earn an earlier pre-sale pass. You may shop the pre-sale on Wednesday, September 20th at 1 pm.
  • Please, no children (except nursing infants) in your booth, during the sales.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own food, drinks, etc.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for the manning and operation of their booth.
  • Vendors must stay near their booth to visit with potential customers, and may not solicit customers from the sales floor.
  • Helium balloons are not allowed.
  • Only painters tape may be used in the venue floor.
  • JBFSTCC will provide Vendor Punch Cards to encourage shoppers to visit Vendor Booths.
  • By registering here as a Vendor, you certify that all the products you will be presenting/selling are compliant with CPSC standards.

After the Event

  • Vendors from the previous sale are given priority, but we can only hold the space for two weeks following Registration Opening. After that, the space will become available to the first vendor to send in their payment. Next sale is May 2nd- 5th, 2018

Payment

  • In addition to full payment, booth vendors must also provide a promotional item to be included in event promo contests.
  • Only one booth per company will be allowed (i.e. Pam-pered Chef, Scentsy, etc.), but we will allow reps from the same company to share a table. NOTE: Only ONE business per vendor booth.
  • In the situation where multiple persons from the same business are “sharing” a vendor table, the person signing this agreement agrees to ensure that all persons representing their business at the vendor table are aware of and will follow all guidelines outlined in this agreement.
  • JBFSTCC must receive payment in full to reserve a space.
  • We cannot reserve locations for your booth. These will be pre-assigned on a first-come (paid), first-served basis.

JBF's Rights & Responsibilities

  • JBF cannot permit more than three vendors, from different companies, that sell the same types of product lines (example: candles) to participate as table vendors in a single sales event.
  • Rights of JBFSTCC in the Event the Sale is not Held: JBFSTCC will not be held liable for any damage or expense incurred by Sponsors and Vendors in the event the sale is delayed, interrupted, canceled or not held as scheduled for any reason beyond the control of JBF.
  • JBFSTCC works hard to protect all JBF consignors merchandise, therefore all items need to be purchased when they are removed from the sales floor and are NOT allowed to be stored under vendor tables. JBFSTCC reserves the right to check under vendor tables for items that have not been purchased.
  • All vendors are subject to JBF approval. We reserve the right to decline any vendor we feel is not a good fit with our family-friendly event or deem as inappropriate.

By registering for the Just Between Friends St. Charles County Fall Season 2017 Event, Vendor agrees to the following...

  • I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBFSTCC) is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my personal, business or display items. I agree to hold harmless JBF, its owner, participants, volunteers and sponsoring organizations from any and all liabilities and damages to and from my product. This includes, but is not limited to: cash registers, computer equipment, MC/Visa equipment, products, etc. I agree to hold harmless JBF, its owner, its participants, volunteers and sponsoring organizations for any personal injury resulting from participation in the JBF consignment sale from whatever cause either seen or unseen. I am solely responsible for setting up and breaking down my booth.
  • I understand that I, as a vendor of JBFSTCC, am fully responsible for my own product and equipment while on the premises of the JBF event. I am solely responsible for the collection of all monies owed to me, and the timely reporting and payment of any applicable sales tax due to both the City of St. Charles and the State of Missouri and any other required entity.
  • I have read, and agree to, the vendor guidelines and agreement as provided by JBFSTCC.
  • I also agree to advertise my participation in the JBF sales event to my customer base, via mail/email/social media/etc., and will encourage them to invite their friends to attend the JBF Event.

SALE Schedule As Follows:

Wednesday, Sept 20th - Open 12 pm - 7 pm - Presale Event (Not open to the public, must have a presale pass)

Thursday, Sept 21st - Open 10 am - 7 pm - First Public Day

Friday, Sept 22nd - Open 10 am - 8 pm

Saturday, Sept 23rd - Open 8 am - 1 pm - Half Price Day
