Has anything changed due to COVID?

Yes, we have adapted our procedures to ensure we provide a shopping experience that is safe, spacious, and sanitized. You can read our full COVID Safety Plan here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards, tap to pay, PayPal & venmo.

What are my parking options at the event?

There is plenty of free parking available at the convention center :) Look for the JBF Banners & follow the JBF Signs!  

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You can bring your own reusable shopping bags to hold your items. You can also bring a stroller or wagon. Another great idea is to bring a laundry basket with a rope or belt tied to it to drag your items around while you shop. We do have some large reusable totes available to use while you shop but they are available on a first come first serve basis. *NEW in 2022* Help cut down on waste & help the environment by bringing your own bags to take your purchases home in.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. You can save the ticket in your phone, access it through the eventbrite app or if you forget we can look it up for you at the door.

Are masks required to shop?

We are monitoring & following all current guidelines for the state & CDC. As of publishing the guidance is that masks are not required.

Are kids allowed?

Due to anticipated crowds, we ask that, if possible, you do not bring children with you. If you must bring them, they must stay with you at all times.
