Q. Who can shop at our event?
A. Everyone is welcome to shop during our public shopping days (Thursday to Sunday)
Q. Are there any parking fees or entrance fees?
A. There is plenty of free parking. There is a $3 admission charge on the first day we are open to the public however you can get in for free with this pass.
Q. Are children allowed at the event?
A. Yes, but not during our presale day until our 7pm family shop. Children are allowed on all others days but must stay with their parent at all times. Finding childcare is always recommended as you may want to spend more time shopping than little ones will allow.
Q. What kind of payment will you accept?
A. We prefer cash but will accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We do not accept checks.
Q. How do you accommodate persons with disabilities?
A. Pursuant to the American with Disabilities Act, should you need accommodation in order to fully participate in our event, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Who is allowed to shop at the presale?
A. We offer presales for team members, consignors, first time parents/grandparents, and teachers as well as a paid Prime Time shopping presale.
Q. What is Prime Time Shopping?
A. Prime Time shopping was created for people who may not qualify for one of our free presales or who just want to get into the event early. Tickets are $10 and go on sale 6-8 weeks prior to each event.
Q. When are the presales?
A. Presales are held the day before we open to the public. Team members shop first followed by consignors and then first time parents/grandparents and teachers.
Q. Who shops the presale first at the event?
A. Our consignors shop first starting with our consignors that help at the event. Prime Time ticket holder shop next followed by First Time Parents/Grandparents and Teachers.
Q. Does everyone need their own ticket?
A. All adults must show their own ticket at the door.
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. We prefer cash but gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Q. Do you have shopping bags available?
A. Yes, however we sometimes run out so you might want to consider bringing a bag.
Q. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A. You may either print your ticket or show it on your smart phone.
Q. What is the refund policy?
A. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds.

A. The majority of our consignors choose to reduce their unsold items by 50% on the last day of our sale.
