Description

Just Between Friends (JBF) is a children's consignment event. Local families earn money selling their gently used items and shoppers take advantage of huge savings! JBF Vendor Booths provide an opportunity to connect with shoppers and generate leads.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Just Between Friends St. Cloud/Central MN Holiday 2017 Event held at Crossroads Center 4101 W Division St. Cloud, 56301 MN. If you have any questions after reading through the agreement, please contact us.

Vendor fee of $100 is due upon approval of application. Fee is non-refundable. We cannot hold your spot without payment. Booth placement is determined by event coordinator.

You provide your own table (no larger than 6’) and chairs. The locations are strategically placed at the event allowing direct access to the shoppers during the sale. Your business may provide coupons/flyers/business cards/samples (or combination of) to pass out to shoppers. You will also receive 2 pre-sale passes, so you and a guest can shop before the public along with 10 free admission passes for your friends (more available upon request).

*Limited space is available and will be first come, first serve.

*There is no access to electrical outlets.

*Set-up is from 9am-7pm on Monday, Nov.27.

Vendor Guidelines/Terms & Conditions:

  • Only one table/coupon per business type will be allowed (i.e. Pampered Chef, Photographer, etc.), but we have had reps share the time. We do allow multiple crafting businesses as long as they are not selling all of the same items.
  • You are not required to be present at all times. However, we strongly recommend you are there the majority of the time to benefit from the traffic during the event.
  • You design and provide your own ads or coupons for the shoppers.
  • Vendors will not share booths.
  • JBF is providing a means for you to drive your own sales; JBF makes no guarantees for sales of your product.
  • All Vendors are subject to JBF approval. We reserve the right to decline any vendor we feel is not a good fit with our family friendly event or deem as inappropriate. Vendors will only promote and or sell items that are relevant to parents, grandparents, kids or families.
    • You are solely responsible for the manning, operation, setup and breakdown of your booth. All booths must begin breaking down when the sale ends at 6pm on Sunday, Dec. 3.
    • Security is provided during the sale for JBF merchandise only. JBF is not responsible for the safety of the vendors against theft, fire, robbery, accident, or for any other destructive cause or for any injury that may arise to the public in their booth, or to the vendors or to their employees while at the sale or en route to the sale.
    • JBF St. Cloud has its own insurance but does not provide insurance for vendor participants.
    • You are responsible for your own food, drinks, etc.
      • You are required to inform the people that work your booth of these Terms and Conditions.
