6.00pm - 8.00pm Jazz performance - Featuring the Jazz Collective - Faculty of the South Delta Jazz Festival

Walk-ins welcome, there will be a limited amount of meals available for those who do not pre order! First come first serve.

Louisiana Style cuisine prepared and served by Chef Matthew Baryluk, Chef Matthew has a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Red Seal designation. He worked in fine dining restaurants throughout Nova Scotia until moving to Vancouver, where he got involved in the senior living industry. He's been Executive Chef and Culinary Manager at The Waterford Senior Living Community in Tsawwassen since 2020. Chef Matt is committed to creating an elevated dining experience for residents of The Waterford and loves introducing them to new culinary adventures
