BMI remains dedicated to educating the creative community through its popular Songwriters’ Workshop Series in Nashville, under the continued tutelage of hit songwriter and best-selling author Jason Blume. This month’s topic is "Start a Hit: Writing Exercise (Publisher Pitch)."
Online registration opens 3:00pm June 15, 2017, at which time you can register on this page. 50 participants will be admitted online on a first-come, first-served basis, until all 50 seats are filled.
*Check in begins after 12:00 pm the day of the event in the BMI lobby. All participants MUST check in by 12:20pm at the latest, or your spot will be given away to those on the waiting list. There is no exception; the workshop starts promptly at 12:30 and doors will be closed at that time.
Due to high demand for this event, we ask that you do not sign up for 2 workshops in a row. Those who have attended the prior workshop can be added to the wait list. Should space permit, you will be notified 2 weeks prior to the event. Five slots will remain open for the first five who show up at BMI the morning of the workshop.
**Please note that if you are confirmed to attend but are a NO SHOW (without canceling), you may not be accepted to attend future Jason Blume workshops.
