Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsch Vineyards
Hirsch Vineyards is recognized as one of the premier sites for pinot noir in the new world. David Hirsch planted his vineyard overlooking the Pacific Ocean in 1980, making it the oldest premium pinot noir vineyard on the true Sonoma Coast. Since then, it has become one of the most sought-after sources for pinot noir grapes in California, providing fruit to Littorai, Williams-Selyem, Kistler and many others. In 2002, Hirsch began producing its own estate pinot noirs and chardonnays from this complex, cool-weather site. These are wines of balance, concentration, complexity and site-specificity. Please join us as we welcome Jasmine Hirsch to Philadelphia for a multi-course dinner paired with an in-depth comparative wine-flight showcasing the various vineyards and terroirs of California’s Sonoma Coast.
