Description

Enjoy making and savoring these “small plates” of Japanese food: Beef Tenderloin Tataki with Ginger, Garlic Oil and Tamari; Pork and Cabbage Gyoza with Mirin Soy Sauce; Chicken and Mushroom Yakatori with Sweet and Salty Teriyaki Sauce; and Vanilla Ice Cream with Miso Caramel. A Kyoto Sour (Sake, agave nectar, lemon and grapefruit juice) will be served along with the food.


Wine, beer, and craft cocktails from our own bar are also available for purchase. Come early for cocktails (5:30) -- class begins at 6:00!

Our classes are small, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work with up to 3 others at your own work station. Your instructor, Chef Joel, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. He brings his unique flair to teaching, using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.
