We are delighted to welcome "Chef Christophe" Christophe comes to us with 25 years of experience in the food industry. Chef Christophe attended culinary school in Bordeaux France. His culinery experience includes 7 years at two michelin restaurants in France. In 1998 Christophe moved to Las Vegas for the opening of Le Cirque. In 2000 Christophe relocated to Sacramento and worked for The Kings as a private chef where he took care of VIP players etc. Chistophe has now started his own business creating for private parties, weddings and corporate events.
