Run4Change's small group fitness camps aim to target all aspects of fitness, including cardo, strength training, and flexibility.
Dates: Mondays and Thursdays (1/5, 1/9, 1/12, 1/19, 1/23, 1/26, and 1/30)
We will not meet on January 16.

- Use of stationary equipment (Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes, Rowing Machines)
