Use this form to register for church on Sunday, January 24, 2021. We will have services for up to 125 people at 9am, 11am and 6pm. If you are bringing children with you, please help them abide by the same guidelines while at church. When you register, use the number of tickets to indicate how many you are registering for and plan on attending with you. For example, if you are a family of five, register for 5 "tickets."
