Learn the skills most in demand among CIOs and the starting salaries for a variety of IT jobs. Uncover key retention strategies, signs it’s time to hire and the benefits of flexible staffing. This meeting will be structured as a presentations followed by an extensive opportunity for questions and answers and table based networking.
About our speaker: John LaMarche
John LaMarche has over a decade of recruiting experience. He possesses a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University. His technical recruiting experience includes filling contract, temp to hire and full time openings within all functional positions of IT; which has included Helpdesk Technician to CTO and all positions between. His extensive technical recruiting experience has earned him over 20 recommendations on LinkedIn from candidates and clients he has served in the past.
Currently, John is a Division Director at Robert Half Technology in Irvine. He oversees technical staffing operations and focuses on contract and temp-to-hire positions within the infrastructure space. John frequently speaks at a variety of technology user groups, providing insight on Career Progression, Market Conditions in the Employment Market, Resume Revisions, Technical Hiring Trends, Interview Coaching and a variety of other career related topics. When John isn’t helping Orange County companies accomplish their hiring goals you can find him bicycling, snowboarding, back-packing and exploring innovative ways to indentify top IT talent.
