Presentation will include a panel discussion on the best practices in developing bridging documents to achieve highest degree of success in the Design-Build Delivery Methods. The panelists will describe the respective organizations’ approach, why they do what they do and what they have learned as they have evolved. They will also discuss other key topics such as control of the design and will address the misconception that Owners have less control under the design-build delivery.
