The AGA DC Community Service Committee would like to highlight Junior Achievement of Greater Washington for the month of January.

We are calling for volunteers for a great community service day event at the Junior Achievement Finance Park in Landover, MD where the AGA DC chapter will help middle school students from Walker Mills Middle School immerse themselves in a reality-based decision-making process addressing aspects of individual and family budgeting, including housing, transportation, food, utilities, health care, investments, philanthropy, and banking. The on-site activities are designed to allow students the opportunity to "put into action" what they have learned in the classroom and to understand the basic steps of maintaining a realistic personal budget.

When: Thursday, January 31, 2019
Time: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: 960 Nalley Rd Landover, MD
