Event description

"Cost of Social Responsibility: Control Risks & Profits"

Synopsis: This webinar presentation describes a workable cost of social responsibility (CoSR) model, expanding upon the traditional cost of quality model with SR examples, drawn from past and present SR scenarios. By incorporating Taguchi loss function along with additional SR stakeholder and governance costs (i.e., monitoring,
reporting, remediation, oversight, advocacy, adoption, governance, mitigation, contingencies, treatment, and recovery), a revised
CoSR model can be deployed for long-term budgeting and planning purposes.
