January 20 Inspection, Repair and Cleaning (IRC) Practices ONLINE Training

This 1-hour live Q & A session is part of the self-paced online training to become IRC certified. It is hosted by the Vermont Department of Health’s Asbestos and Lead Regulatory Program. Please plan to join 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to connect.

Attending this Q & A session is not mandatory though you must be registered for it to receive the training test link. If you are registered for the Q & A session, you will receive the test and evaluation link through email immediately after the session ends even if you do not attend the Q & A session. Check your junk folder for the email.

We will be using the Microsoft Teams platform with call in option. You will be able to ask questions and can have your camera on if you like. You will have the option to call in if you aren’t able to join online.

Before joining this Q & A session, you must review the IRC training materials. The materials include the IRC Course Manual, 4 short videos and a 1 hour recording of the IRC Practices training. Please set aside 2 hours to review the materials before the Q & A session.

After the Q & A session, you will be emailed a link to the training test and evaluation. You will have until noon the next day to complete the test. You must pass the test with a score of 70% or higher to receive an IRC certificate. Certificates will be emailed to you within two weeks after the session.
