Event description

Description

It is no secret that Boston is regarded as the most racist city in America. However, we know that racism exists across this country and internationally. Each city has it's own historical and social context that racism adapts to fill. Although the root causes of racism are the same in any location, Boston's brand of racism is unique just like everywhere else.

On October 12th, with the help of Jane Elliott, Boston will have an uncomfortable and engaging conversation to face the steady and stealth racism experienced by People of Color.

What can we learn from Jane Elliot to confront racism and advance racial equity in Boston? Join us to find out...
